I Had Sex With Black Guys For Happiness, Confessions of a Russian Lady.

WHO IS A HAPPY PERSON?
Many people on earth have the sole aspiration of living a happy life. Some say a happy life isn't necessarily a rich life. Some say money doesn't bring happiness others say they would rather be in a sad-rich marriage than to be in a sad-poor marriage. It is accompanied by the saying "I would prefer to cry in a Range Rover than to cry on an empty stomach".  So that brings us to the question, Who is a happy person and what is a happy life. How can we get it in case we are not living a happy life and can we be happy in this life?
The bible says "for what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?". does it mean we shouldn't seek for a better life? Should one continue to dwell in abject poverty just because the Bible says there's no profit in gaining the whole world? Well, these are too many rhetorical questions. Lets move straight to the point; the Russian lady who wanted to have intimacy, sexually, just for self-happiness. How we met was very weird and interesting at the same time. I will save you the trashy details and hit the nail right on the head.
According to Professor Elena Vladimirovna, a happy person is a person who loves his or her place in the society. After reading a tract from her, i decided to meet her in person to get more understanding and explanation to that particular statement. She then explained further that there are many people in this world who do not like their place in the society. Even some ladies wished they were born boys and that alone makes them very unhappy in this world. A family filled with love being there for you at anytime you need them, a dream job or a job that require you to do what you love doing most even if it takes most of your time. This takes my mind back to something i heard from Uncle Ebo Whyte, a Ghanaian Playwright. According to him, if a person takes up a job that he or she doesn't love, that person is on a dreadful route to regret. So that is to say, the money one earns from a job can never make that person a happy person.Your place in this world as a child, a student, a father, a son or even just being a part of the society determines the happiness of your life.
She also added that the word happiness or the feeling of happiness is fleeting but joy stays for a long period of time. One can be happy for not less than a day and right after a few minute a person's mood can drift  from happy to sad. However a joyful person is always happy so the feeling of sadness here plays the vice versa role. Joyful people have the emotion of joy as a daily attitude so they hardly fall into sorrow for a long time neither do they also allow sorrow to get the best of them.
Further more, a happy person is satisfied with his or her needs, according to Professor Vladimirovna.

That brings up the question, can a person be happy in this world at all?
Well, the answer is a big yes but the sad news here is that it takes more than liking your place n the society. It takes more than being satisfied with your needs and so does it take more than sex or whatever form of drug or addiction (guilty pleasures).
It is a conscious effort one has to take. Trying to be happy in this world is an attitude one adds to his or her playlist of daily act. When one starts this Happiness journey, most of the times its easy to give up but as it was said early on, it is a conscious effort and nothing good comes easy.
Is there an easy way out? That is a very big question the Professor is yet to get back to us on. She then listed the 12 basic tools to implement to aid one on this road to happiness.

  1. Love
  2. Respect
  3. Work
  4. Do not Expect too much from people
  5. Live each day as if it were your last
  6. Don't restrict yourself from having a little fun (after all all work and no play makes everybody dull and hungry)
  7. Kindness (giving without expecting any reward in return)
  8. Do not take this 'life thing" too serious
  9. Learn or set to acquire more knowledge
  10. Surround yourself with the right people
  11. Set some rules and standard for your ( for example a diet or gym trainings among others)
  12. Forgive and if you can not just learn how to!
Your family is the first place to practise happiness.
