The percentage of foreign students studying in Russia keeps rising each and every year. However in Russia, an international student studying in the Russian language medium may pay from $1,900 to $4,000 (USD) and a student studying any field of the Sciences including Medicine may pay from $3,500 to $8,000( might come in English medium of study).
       One major factor to consider  when looking for a university to study is location or state. Schools located in Moscow (the capital of Russia) and Saint Petersburg are pretty expensive with English medium of study costing from about $5,600 to $9,000 per year for tuition fees and from $2,400 to $3,600 for accommodation yearly. These figures are what an international students pay for a year of study in high city Russian universities.
On the other hand universities in Volgograd, Belgorod among other states are very affordable. Russian teachers are well mannered and very traditional. However blending and slowing down is very common amongst them.
